We offer a 2-day exchange policy from the date of delivery, at no additional cost for pickup. Exchanges can be processed only in the case of size issues. Please notify us within this period if you wish to exchange your product. We will arrange for the reverse pickup, which typically takes about 3 days to complete. Upon receiving the returned product, we will conduct a quality check and then dispatch the new product to you.
If there is a price difference between the original and the new exchanged product, you will be required to pay the difference. Please note that we can process only one exchange per order.

Our commitment to quality ensures that all our products undergo rigorous checks before dispatch. However, if you receive a defective product (e.g., wrong or damaged print, cut, or stain), please contact us within 2 days of delivery. We require proof of the damage to proceed and will send a replacement product promptly.

Given that our products are made to order, specifically tailored to your specifications (cutting and printing), we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds once an order is processed. 

Yes! Our T-shirts have a regular fit and are true to size. Please refer the Size chart mentioned in each product page.

Nope! We use high-quality DTF (direct-to-film) printing that’s durable and vibrant. For best results, wash inside out in cold water and avoid tumble drying.
